Review: Does not look or feel like Halloween costumes at all-- this dress is really beautiful and looks and feels really high quality. The skirt has 3 layers of soft tulle, and 1 layer of pink fabric so it's full (not as full as the model makes it look in most of the photos (the photo of her back is accurately how full the dress is). The sleeves are just a cape, not an enclosed sleeve. 1000% recommend. (my measurements are inaccurate)
