Review: It's not a frying pan it's a saute pan.. the difference being it has straight sides and the frying pan pan has fluted sides and a lip for pouring.. this also has a wider base..which can be shown using watt meter on induction cooktop..at 1000w it uses 40w more than the peacock design (with induction the wattage is dependent on the composition of the pan so no 2 pans are alike and cook by the watt meter).. I use about 7 silicone mats (3D cooking) which gives best results..it cooks better at 800w/900w with little sticking and beautiful food (cook don't burn) .. learning to cook with induction is a learning curve but I have tossed my stainless steel pans away.. haven't used a pot in 2 1/2 years titanium is the future and using wok is better than saucepan
