Review: beautifully made. this skirt has layers of fine mesh in billowing ruffles. it is well stitched you can tell the person who made it was skilled. the waistband is nice, it is stretchy and solid. there is an underskirt but it doesn't go the full length of the ruffles, the bottom few inches of ruffles have no lining behind them unfortunately. it is still super beautiful though and the part with a lining is not see through. the mesh is really delicate so you have to be super careful not to snag it on things and I don't know if there is any safe way to machine wash this, the tag says dryclean. I usually buy 4x on shein but I went with 5x because it was available, and I'm happy with how it fits because I prefer looser skirts. you would probably be fine getting your usual shein size.
