Review: I love the material of this black Slit hem skirt but I really am not liking the fact that it goes up to nearly my ribs! Why does it have to be so high waisted??? If i pull the skirt down to my natural waist, it bunches up at the hip area. If i buy 1 Size larger, the waist and hips will be too big for me. I will have to return this skirt. If you are taller, have a longer torso, maybe 5Ft 2 above and have smaller hips, this would make a great skirt for you.
