Review: This was the kind of skating he loved when it was just him and the ice, no judges and no Mother staring at him and criticising his every move. This is what made him want to continue skating forever. He jumped and spun, a triple jump. He let his body guide him, let the song dictate what jumps and spins he was doing, and let his mind fall silent. This was so different to competing. When Regulus competed, it was like he was outside his body, one second he is stepping onto the ice and waving to screaming fans, and the next he is winded and sweaty, bowing and waving and skating back to the kiss and cry, where his mother would be waiting to tell him exactly what he did wrong with no praise to what he did right.
