Review: Wow for this puff sleeve, this is the first time that i have this kind of sleeve but hey you’re bring back our traditional sleeve in my country Philippines. Review: Super cute! The only thing is I need a strapless bra with this otherwise it looks awkward. Good quality and love the sleeves. I’d say this is true to size but I probably should have sized down because the fabric is stretchy.
