Review: This is a sweater like material but super cute. It goes well with high waisted bottoms or a skirt pulled up high. The shirt did seem to be a little short like it stopped at the very bottom of my stomach but it’s really cute and breathable. Don’t be rough with the sleeves because the puffy part might tear
