Review: This blouse is very stylish. Soft fabric, no stretch. Is slightly curved in at the waist and flares back out to the hips. I'm an hourglass figure so it is very flattering for me. It looks great teamed with a short black skirt or the plaid skirt. The cap sleeves are cute and frilly but I think they're a bit too long or full? Not sure. There is a little bit too much of it but it still looks great!
