Review: this is cute but runs really BIG. don't size up, size down if anything 1 or 2 sizes. measurements are accurate

Review: This top definitely could have gone a size down. But I would rather it be a looser fit than a really tight and uncomfortable one. I really like the shoulder detail and I think it would just be a very cute casual top to wear with jeans out shopping or to brunch.
