Review: Extremely disappointed with seller IBTRLY on SHEIN. I paid over $256 plus tax for a dress that turned out to be completely unwearable. It was extremely heavy, the shoulder design didn’t sit properly (it kept slipping past my shoulders), and the length was far too long with no realistic way to alter it. I returned the dress due to these fit and quality issues. Weeks later, they sent the same dress back to me claiming it was “defective” because of a tiny hole at the bottom of the sheer fabric — something I never even noticed and definitely not the reason for my return. On top of that, I was charged an additional $20 just to have the same unusable dress shipped back to me. I escalated the issue with SHEIN customer service, and despite waiting for quite some time, I’ve received no response or resolution. Paying this much for a dress, only to be stuck with it again and charged extra, is completely unacceptable. Very poor quality control, unfair return handling. :(
