Review: this is like a tailored suit pants material for office wear, BUT it does have a slight stretch and give to it. I bought 3x larger than my usual size as I want to wear it comfortably and without being tight or restrictive. I'll have to tailor it and take in the wasit with ny sweing machine I like the material it's like suit pants material, not see through, thick good quality. and this size looks good on me and ehat I bought it for as I'm dressing modestly and not skin tight. it has a zip on the side. no place for a belt. and its NOT stretchy waist. very long for someone that's 5 foot 150cm) I expected to need to shorten it anyway.
