Review: fHello. 1.) Kindly remove "Bagong Pilipinas" and "Socotech" Logo in Monthly Materials Report. Bagong Pilipinas and Socotech will only be used in letterheads of correspondences PRODUCED NG OFFICE/DPWH (Letters, Transmittals, Memoranda, TOs, or any documents that are intended to be transmitted) as per 2nd RME 2023. *DPWH logo and letterhead format will remain as is in MMR. *Use the DPWH logo that can be found in DPWH Website. Paano sa yung transmittal sa MMR? Yes po may Bagong Pilipinas at Socotech sa firstpage. Paano yung mga Certificates? No po. QCP? Hindi rin po. Paano sa yung mga naprint ko na reports? Bawi ka nalang sa susunod, Ma'am/Sir. *For TOs na may employees na naka-note under ng signatories (Drivers/Lab Techs), isasama na po ang name nila sa paragraph.
