Review: Okay, I did not read the ‘plumping’ part on the title, so the tingling scared me. It is both minty and spicy on the lips. It does plump the lips. The gloss is hydrating and the rose pink glitter is not shy. It is a pretty lip oil, and it’s not sticky.
