Review: I bought this ribbon based on a review. I Wish it came wired, I used it on my daughter’s winter wonderland Christmas Wreath and it is truly beautiful. It is a lovely soft blue velvet but has metallic silver through it so it sparkles which makes it look really beautiful. I am so grateful to the honest review left because, honestly I would never have bought it. I will be ordering more.
