Review: The hair clip looked really pretty and exactly like the pictures online. The design, color, and size were perfect for everyday use or styling for a simple outing. I was initially happy with how it looked – stylish and trendy at a great price. However, the quality was disappointing. It broke the very first time I used it. The plastic felt flimsy and not durable enough to hold thick or even medium hair securely. It might work for very fine hair or light use, but if you’re expecting something sturdy, this isn’t it. I wish the material was stronger because the design itself is lovely. Customer service was responsive when I reported the issue, which I appreciate. I’d recommend this only if you’re okay with it being more decorative than functional. A bit of quality improvement and this could be a great product.
