Review: It's so baggy but at least it will fit even my baggiest pants. I love the material, its soft and comfortable. Have yet to try it in the rain so Im not sure if this is really water resistant. If your considering getting one this, may be you can size down cause its really really big. Refer to the size guide at least you can gauge your size.
