Review: this is a good quality and well made hat. not certain what it is made of, whether it be wool or felt, but the material is great nonetheless. lovely Rich color, very well suited for church, weddings, etc. I would highly recommend. please keep in mind that in comparison to the picture, which looks like a brighter blue, in person the hat is darker, almost borderline black in some lights. if you appreciate my review please give me a like. thank you
