Review: Wow, this file works amazingly well. My heels were quite rough and dry. I soaked my feet for about 20 minutes then used this file. I was a little scared at first, but it does not hurt. it is very safe to use. I purchased a pack of spare blades for future. My feet came out so lovely & soft. I am so happy. ☺️☺️☺️ I will save lots of money by doing my own pedicure from now on. Delivery to South Africa was just over a week, which is amazing. Thank you again Shein.
