Review: It's not as smooth as I expected. Its rolling wheels are not smooth so it cannot go as many turns as it does online. Furthermore, the teardrop shaped thing was not attached in the first place, it was very light. I had to tell my dad to use screws from my house to attach it and add rice inside the thing (because the instructions said to put sand in but sand was not included with the order). When exercising with it, it does not have a waist belt to protect it from hurting the waist, but this order does not have it and it is difficult to maintain exercise time when it comes into contact with the skin and is quite painful.
