It’s free size at chest side so would fit anyone. The sleeves are adjustable. You can wear a white long sleeves tshirt inside and wear this dress outside also. Dark blue dress as exactly shown. I just love it. Took almost 5 days to reach. The dress length is till my knee it’s long enough. The material is thick also. Very very very beautiful 0 regrets bought this ya.😍😍😍😍
