Review: It's honestly a bit bigger than I anticipated, but it's okay since it can be adjusted. It stretches well and it's actually comfortable to wear. I'll be wearing this for a themed cotillion dance on April and I'm glad it arrived on time just for us to take notes on what to adjust and what to add. I'm 0XL, but I bought 1XL just to be sure. I suggest you just buy your same size since it is indeed true to size. (I just bought a larger size because most of the dresses I buy in Shein are often a size lower than what is indicated) But yeah, all in all I'm happy with it! It's cool!
