Review: Very little stretch. The sleeves are long enough for me though! No zipper on this. It has a small slit in the back of the skirt. Not see-through at all! This would be great for the office, but it may be too long for shorter ladies. You can see it hits well below my knees and I'm 5'8". I think it will be very warm during the summer.
