Review: I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I tried to submit a return request, but it never appeared in the system because of a glitch in their application. Instead of acknowledging the issue and helping resolve it, the customer service agent I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, and placed the blame on me for a problem that was clearly on their end. Customers should not be penalized because a company’s app or system is not functioning properly. I expected a simple return process, but instead I received poor customer service. The only positive part of my experience was customer service agent Tariq B1, who was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He demonstrated the level of service I expected from the company. I hope the company addresses both the technical issues with its application and the quality of customer service, as no customer should have to go through this experience.
