Review: I recently tried out this waist trainer and overall, I’m pretty impressed. The material feels sturdy yet comfortable, and it gives really good back support, which I wasn’t expecting. It definitely helps shape my waist instantly, and I noticed my posture improving when wearing it. That being said, it does feel a bit tight at first (which is normal), so you’ll need some time to get used to it.
