Review: I absolutely love this!!! I sized down from what the chart recommended (my waist is 33-34 inches and I got a large), and after only a few days I was able to get it to the second row of hooks and wear it comfortably for hours. I bought this to use as more of a back brace than for the waist training aspect, but it does both of those things so incredibly well! I can genuinely sleep comfortably through the night with this on and wake up in less pain than normal. I cannot recommend this enough!!!
