Review: Exactly what I was looking for! very adjustable! my 8 year old daughter tried it on to model it for me in the first pic. it has a tie so it can be tightened up. is too long for her andnshe had to stand in a step stool. I am wearing it under my costume for volume under a heavy robe. I'm 5'7" and it doesn't quite touch the floor when I have it at my waist. the hoops are strong and do great to hold up the heavy robe I have on top. it doesn't look too bad on its own, though the top part is not pretty to look at with the elastic waistband and ties. cover the top somehow, and you could almost wear it on its own!
