Review: I got two and both are definitely formed for both hands so you don't have to worry about right or left. Adjust as needed and you are all set. I used these in gym on the rowing machine as the push-pull methods always cause my wrist flare ups and they were perfect. No slipping and the velcro is adjusted in three places after you slide your hand in. 👌😊 Oh, if you have large wrists/hands these might not give you the full coverage you are looking for at the wrist area where velcro meet. Please like if helpful. Thank you.
