Review: It works but was tricky to figure out. The battery part was faint to see which way to put them in but it must fit snug. Do not remove plastic part thing that covers where it touches to seal. It seals but depends on the material for how quick it will do so. It is silent fyi. I used part of my Shein bag to test it (see pics) and it sealed tight and but had a plastic smell.
