Review: I didn’t think a keychain could become a daily mood booster, but this little hen proved me wrong. I picked it up because I collect quirky animal trinkets, and chickens have always felt like the underrated heroes of the farm. What arrived was way better than the product photos suggested. First Impressions & Build Quality The packaging was simple, no excess plastic, just a small card and the keychain in a paper sleeve. That was already a win. The hen itself is about 2 inches tall, cast from zinc alloy with an enamel finish. It has real weight to it, not hollow or flimsy like cheap keychains that bend in your pocket. The details are what got me. The comb is bright red enamel with clean edges, the beak has a tiny gloss highlight, and the feather pattern is etched, then filled with matte white and soft tan. Even the feet are sculpted. The keyring is a standard split ring but thicker than usual, and it came with a lobster clasp as a bonus. Zero tarnish or paint chips after a month of daily
