Review: I’m really happy with this oval sourdough proofing basket! It’s a great addition to my baking supplies and is especially useful for shaping and proofing sourdough. I really like the oval shape because it gives the dough a nice shape before baking, and it helps make the finished loaf look more like a traditional bakery-style sourdough. It’s also nice having a proper banneton instead of having to improvise with other kitchen bowls. Overall, I think this is a really useful tool for anyone who enjoys making sourdough or is getting started with it. It makes the proofing process feel much more organized and helps create a nice shape for the finished bread. I’m glad I added it to my baking supplies and would definitely recommend it to other sourdough bakers looking for an oval proofing basket.
