HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND JOIN:
1. Log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App.
2. Access the Program by going to Me > other services > Gals > edit > Show.
3. You must log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App and enter the "SHOW" section to post your photos and styling content ("Show"). You are eligible to post your SHOW when you have a Posting Quota (see definition below) available. You can earn Posting Quotas by (i) placing an order. You will receive 10 SHOW posting quotas ("Posting Quota") for each order placed. If your order is cancelled, the corresponding Posting Quota(s) will be invalidated. (ii) welcome offer. Each Participant will receive 10 Posting Quotas as an initial welcome offer.
*Orders here refer to purchases of items sold on the SHEIN platform, excluding Gift Card(s), defective products, product resales, or paid memberships.
4. If you have not downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you can download the SHEIN App for free on your mobile device and create a SHEIN User Account for free. See details for creating a free SHEIN User Account at

1. The reward(s) for participating in the Program will be SHEIN Points ("Reward(s)"). You will earn 5 SHEIN Points for each Show you post. You can post 2 Shows per day to earn up to 10 SHEIN Points.
2. If your SHOW is selected as featured ("Featured"), you will receive an additional reward of 50 SHEIN Points and your SHOW may be publicly displayed on the Gals homepage feed.
3. The awarded SHEIN Points will be credited to your SHEIN user account within 24 hours after posting. You can view your SHEIN Points and their expiration dates in the "My Points" section of your SHEIN user account. The awarded SHEIN Points will be subject to SHEIN's Points terms and conditions and Policy.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Rewards are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Rewards are void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor may delay Rewards for investigation purposes and may refuse to verify and process any transactions that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these official rules. All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.
5. All Rewards should be properly kept by the user after they are distributed. Users need to protect their SHEIN User account and password so that the Rewards are not used by others. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any loss or misappropriation.
PARTICIPATION. By participating in the Show Program, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Show Contest. No responsibility is assumed for (i) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or (ii) for any kind of technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions, or the Sponsor's incorrect transmission or failure to receive registration information due to technical issues; or (iii) any injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or arising from participation in the Show Program. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from participation in any Show Program sponsored by the sponsor any person whom the sponsor believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Show Program if the Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that a malfunction, error, disruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Show Program.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS/USE: By participating in the Show Program, you further acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor (and those acting with the Sponsor's authorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, repost, and otherwise use your Comments or Posts, in whole or in part, in any manner, by any means whether now known or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting online. Participation in the Program and/or receipt or use of any reward further constitutes the participant's consent to the use of their Photos, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for advertising or promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or later developed, in perpetuity without further review, notice, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Show Program, you release the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, personnel, agents, advertising agencies, and all others involved in the development and execution of this Show Program from any and all injuries, losses, or damages caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Show Program and/or the acceptance, award, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the Reward, and you agree that these entities are not liable for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any reward except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You also agree that: (a) any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Show Program or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including expenses associated with participating in the Show Program, but in no event attorneys' fees; (c) under no circumstances shall any participant be permitted to receive any award, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
