ELIGIBILITY: The SHEIN OUTFIT CONTEST CAMPAIGN (the "Campaign") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, or directors of SHEIN US Services, LLC. ("Sponsor"), or any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or any related advertising or promotion agency, as well as immediate family members and household members of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate. 1. Log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App.

2. Access the Campaign by going to Me > more services > Gals > edit > Outfit.

3. You must log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App and enter the "Outfit" section to participate in the Campaign. If you have not downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you can download the SHEIN App for free on your mobile device and create a SHEIN User Account for free. 1. When you enter the Outfit section, you will be directed to a page with 3 outfit themes. Select any of these themes to create your outfit ("Entry"). Once completed, you can post your Entry.

2. The Campaign will be held weekly with 3 outfit contest themes for each week. For each theme, the contest will last 7 days ("Contest Period").

3. You can participate in any or all contest themes and there is no limit to the number of Entries you submit.

4. Your Entry can be seen by other creators and viewers in the "Leaderboard" section at Gals > Compete Now. If they like your Entry, they can vote by tapping "Like." The more "likes" you receive, the higher your ranking.

5. During the Contest Period of a theme, if your Entry ranks in the top 12 in the number of likes received, you will be awarded SHEIN Points as a reward.

6. Your Entry may be selected as Editor's Pick, and announced in the "Editor's Pick" section at Gals > Contest. When selected, you will be awarded SHEIN Points as a reward.

1. The reward for participating in the Campaign will be SHEIN Points ("Reward"). The Reward for each contest winner and Editor's Pick winner (collectively, the "Winners") will be as per the table below:

2. The SHEIN Points awarded will be credited to each Winner's SHEIN user account within 24 hours after winning or being announced as Editor's Pick. Winners may view their SHEIN Points and expiration dates in the "My Points" section of your SHEIN user account. The SHEIN Points awarded shall be subject to SHEIN's Terms & Conditions and Points Policy.

3. Unless otherwise specified, the Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes are void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor may delay the Prize for investigation purposes and may refuse to verify and process any transaction that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these official rules. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

4. All Prizes must be properly safeguarded by users after distribution. Players must protect their SHEIN User account and password to prevent the Prizes from being used by others. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or misappropriation. All Prizes may be used on all SHEIN Platforms (App and website) in the United States.

PARTICIPATION. By participating in the Campaign, you (i) agree to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to abide by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or (ii) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Campaign. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Campaign it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Campaign if the Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that a malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign.

PUBLICITY/USE RIGHTS: By participating in the Campaign, you further acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor (and those acting under its authority) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, repost and otherwise use your Comments or Posts, in whole or in part, in any form, in any media now existing or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting online. Participation in the Program and/or acceptance or use of any prize also constitutes the participant's consent to the use of their Photo, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notice, payment, or compensation (except where prohibited by law).

DISCLAIMER: By participating in the Campaign, you release the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, advertising agencies and all other parties involved in the development and execution of this Campaign from and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by your participation in the Campaign and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. 1. The Prize for participating in the Program will be SHEIN Points ("Prize"). You will receive 5 SHEIN Points for each Show you post. You may post 2 Shows per day, receiving up to 10 SHEIN Points.

2. If your SHOW is selected as featured ("Featured"), you will receive an additional reward of 50 SHEIN Points.

3. The SHEIN Points awarded will be credited to your SHEIN user account within 24 hours after posting. You can view your SHEIN Points and their expiration dates in the "My Points" section of your SHEIN user account.
