What is the refund method?
Online payment:
1. Refunds will be credited to your SHEIN wallet or original payment method based on the refund method you selected.
2. If you did not select a refund method, we will process it according to your choice in the refund record.
Cash on delivery: Refunds will be credited to your SHEIN wallet.
Note: Orders paid with a SHEIN Gift Card will be refunded to the Gift Card by default.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund is processed, you will receive a refund notification email. The refund time depends on the refund method and your bank.
How can I receive a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, refunds are only processed to the original card that was charged.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you can contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they may still be able to receive the funds on your behalf.
How do I check/find and use my wallet?
Please log in to your SHEIN account → My Assets to check whether the refund has been credited to your 'Wallet'. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account and click '
My Wallet '.
For online payments, the wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your original payment account.
For cash on delivery, the wallet balance can only be used for your next purchase and cannot be withdrawn.
What is ARN?
ARN stands for Acquirer Reference Number. Some debit/credit cards will generate an ARN when a refund is successful. The ARN will be displayed on the 'Refund Details' page, and we will also send you an email notifying you of the ARN.
If you have not received your refund within the standard timeframe, please use the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to contact your bank for further status updates.
Why is the amount received less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.
2. The exchange rate has changed since the time of payment.
3. The refund is based on the actual price paid, not the promotional price.
If you received less than the original amount, you can contact your bank to check the above situations.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
