About My Wallet
1. What is My Wallet?
It's a virtual wallet linked to your SHEIN account. If you return items and choose to receive wallet credit instead of using the original payment method for a cash refund, you will be able to access your wallet credit.
Wallet credit can be used for future SHEIN purchases or refunded to the original payment method at any time, subject to terms and conditions.
2. Where Can I Check My Wallet Balance?
You can check your wallet balance by logging into your account on the SHEIN app or SHEIN website. Go to 'Me' > 'Wallet' on the SHEIN app, or 'My Assets' > 'My Wallet' on SHEIN.com.
3. How Do I Use My Wallet?
You can check your wallet balance in your wallet at checkout, then apply it to your purchases. Please note that if the currency you choose to pay for your order differs from your wallet balance, your wallet balance will not appear on the checkout page.
4. If I have already registered reward points and/or coupon codes, can I still use my wallet to pay?
Yes! You can use your wallet credit as well as coupons and reward points.
5. How Do I Withdraw Funds From My Wallet?
Simply click the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT button, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then click SUBMIT to confirm. The amount will be returned to your account with the relevant payment processor or the credit card that made the original payment. Under no circumstances are we permitted to refund your wallet credit as cash (i.e. provide you with banknotes and coins).
6. How Long Until The Withdrawal Appears In My Account?
It usually takes 1-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account with the relevant payment processor, or 7-14 business days for the funds to be returned to your credit card.
Please note that the amount will be returned to the original account used for payment, whether it is a PayPal account, your account with another payment processor, or a credit card.
7. Can I Withdraw Wallet Credit To A Different Card?
If the original payment method you used when placing the order was different, the wallet credit cannot be withdrawn or refunded to other cards or accounts. The amount will be returned to your account with the relevant payment processor or the credit card used for the original payment.
8. Can I Transfer My Wallet Balance To Another SHEIN Account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer wallet credit from one SHEIN account to another. If you wish to withdraw your wallet credit, you can use the wallet withdrawal function. The amount will be returned to your account with the relevant payment processor or the credit card that made the original payment.
9. Why Can't I Withdraw My Wallet Credit?
Please make sure the amount you entered for withdrawal does not exceed your wallet credit balance. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our "Customer Service Platform".
10. I Have Never Used My Wallet Credit, Why Is My Wallet Empty?
If you have paid with your wallet credit and placed an unpaid order, the applied wallet credit will remain with the unpaid order.
To restore your wallet credit balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel" button in My Orders, and the wallet credit will be refunded to your Wallet.
