1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our", "we", "loyalty program", or "Program")! SHEIN VIP is our rewards program for our fans to redeem rewards, gain access to events & pop-ups, receive member-exclusive promotions, and the latest fashion news. Once you have joined our loyalty program, you can level up and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICATION
The Program is available online at SHEIN.com for various country sites. Each Account is enrolled in the Program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. All purchases will be counted toward your membership (including cross-site purchases), but tier upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules of your registered site.
1.3 EFFECTIVE PERIOD
Purchases are required to become a member. Eligible purchases mean purchases of merchandise and gift cards through SHEIN wallet or other available payment at SHEIN's site within the specified period, excluding refunded/declined/canceled amounts on your orders and payments made with SHEIN gift cards.
Due to exchange rate changes, the order amount may fluctuate slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
There is no fee for SHEIN VIP membership. SHEIN VIP membership is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per individual.
It is your identification that represents you are of legal age to participate in our program and is responsible for your membership to keep email and contact information updated in your Account.
SHEIN reserves the right to remove Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the Account being removed from the Program without prior notice. When a Member is terminated, all outstanding coupons and rewards related to the Membership will be canceled.
2. ABOUT TIERS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP includes four statuses: S1, S2, S3 (available for purchased members), and S0 status (available for registered members).
2.2 CHANGES
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP member becomes eligible (excluding S1 tier); thereafter, identity verification is required every month. Data refresh usually takes up to 24 hours. Please check your tier after 24 hours.
Once you reach S1 tier, you will obtain lifetime status. Please note that your membership tier is based on the eligible purchase times or eligible spending amount in the past 12 months, that is, 45 days before the refresh date each month.

3. ABOUT REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to the Rewards. Details of these Offers are issued from time to time on the Program's Website.

3.2 OTHER TERMS
The details and terms of any Offer set forth on the Program's Website are valid for your effective membership period unless otherwise specified on the Program's Website.
Please note that rewards from SHEIN VIP cannot be used to purchase gift cards or be applied to previous purchases.
Coupons are only applicable to the sites you have registered for.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
By participating in our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the rules. At its sole discretion, SHEIN may change, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, SHEIN VIP membership, or any other features of SHEIN VIP and/or may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time at its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or via email. You may refer to the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules are changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified rules. If you do not accept the modified rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed to in the rules. Please check the website regularly for updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account on the website or please contact SHEIN's Customer Service. You are responsible for checking or reviewing these Terms from time to time to be informed of any changes.
Please note that the termination of your membership means that you will only be able to shop at shein.com by checking out as a guest, and any remaining outstanding Points and Rewards in that account will be lost.
4.3 SCOPE OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the terms of the program including Rewards and Tiers, or suspend or terminate the program if it is incapable of running as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of purchase and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any terms of the program, any misrepresentation or any action that harms the interests of SHEIN, or fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member being deprived of membership and will affect the member's eligibility to participate in the program.
4.4 COMMUNICATION
In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify via mail, email, and other channels for marketing with your permission, as well as display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will prevent you from receiving our messages in a timely manner, and you will not receive any compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that SHEIN may continue to send you emails such as changes or information regarding your account and SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the SHEIN VIP membership standards at any time, which may involve changes in tier status and rewards. Ultimately, SHEIN has the power of final interpretation.
