Gift cards can be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services. Gift cards purchased after March 8, 2021 can no longer be redeemed outside the country where they were purchased. For example, if you purchase a gift card on the SHEIN US website, it can only be redeemed on the PC site, mobile site, Android system, or iOS system of the SHEIN US site.

Gift cards can only be redeemed for the purchase of SHEIN products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of third-party Seller products. In addition, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of SHEIN CLUB membership. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards without refund, suspend or terminate User Accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our Services, cancel or limit orders, and bill using alternate forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Gift Card Terms.

When you place an order to purchase a gift card, we need to ensure that your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is expected to take 1-7 business days. The actual time depends on the payment method you choose.

You can enter the gift card number and PIN at checkout. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the amount payable is greater than the remaining balance on the gift card, you must choose another payment method to pay the remaining balance.

Please note that only one gift card can be redeemed per order and cannot be "combined" or combined with other gift cards for the same order.

Gift cards now support linking to an account. Once a gift card is linked to your account, only the account holder can use it and you will not need to enter the PIN for subsequent uses, making checkout faster and more convenient. Note that this linking is permanent and cannot be undone once completed. If a gift card is not linked to any account, it can be shared with up to 5 different users. Once this limit is reached, no additional users can continue to redeem that gift card.

You can check the gift card balance in your account.

The balance on your gift card can be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. Gift card balances cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Any gift card you purchase from us has no expiration date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Please note that any gift card issued to you by us free of charge may have a validity period, typically ranging from 1 day to 3 months (or possibly longer) from the date of issue.

Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed.

If an order is paid for with a gift card and a refund request is submitted, the portion paid with the gift card will be refunded to the gift card.

After a gift card is successfully purchased, it will be sent to the registered email address (or other alternative methods that SHEIN may specify). If you do not receive the gift card number and PIN, it may be because:

SHEIN will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or if a Gift Card is used without your authorization. Title and risk of loss for Gift Cards passes to you upon the sale of the Gift Card. Please ensure that you are taking appropriate measures to safeguard your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized access and use. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact us immediately via Customer Service.
