5. Q: What should I do if the size or address of the trial order is incorrect?
A: Once an order is created, we cannot change the size or address of the free trial product. These products are processed and shipped quickly. Please make sure the size and address information is correct before placing the order.
6. Q: I applied and was selected to receive a free trial product; however, I feel the item is not my style and does not suit me. Can I switch to another trial?
A: Unfortunately, once you have applied and been selected to receive a free trial product, it cannot be changed. Please ask a friend or family member to help you write your review if you feel the style would suit them better.
7. Q: What should I do if the trial report fails to upload?
If you cannot upload the trial report, please check whether the submitted link is correct. The link must be a link to the trial product page you received. The image size must be at least 500 * 680px. If you still cannot upload, please write the information you want and send a screenshot of the page that cannot be uploaded to our email address:
