· How to Use Free Trial
1. Browse the available Free Trial products and select the items you want (up to 3 items per week) and click Free Trial.

2. Choose your size, fill in your shipping address information, and submit.

3. Go to My Free Trial to check your results. Processing time is about 1 week.

4. Once your free trial application is approved, your order will automatically be placed and shipped. You can upload a review when you receive an item by clicking the " Publish Report " button in the order list.


5. You can check the status of your report on the My Report page. You only have one chance to rewrite the report if your first review does not meet the requirements.

1: Overall Introduction
1.1 Free Trial
The Free Trial platform is a way for SHEIN customers to experience our clothing and review the products for other customers. SHEIN members will receive a free product and then write positive reviews about how they like the item, the style and features, etc. This helps our other customers know more details about the product they can expect when placing our order and hopefully make a successful purchase.
1.2 Trial Report
When customers are invited to participate in our review program, SHEIN customers must submit a review of the product before we have sent it for trial. The trial program is a real user experience to allow customers to experience the quality of the product. With this experience, users can have the product in hand, feel the material, see if it fits them, and feel how it is to wear this product. A great trial report should include reviews of the material, texture, quality, images, and detailed description. All reports that pass our review will be marked as ''Quality Report'' and you will receive points.
2: Entire Process
1. Click on "free sample" to select the free product, the status will be displayed as "under review" in "my application".
2. After all applications have been reviewed, the winners will be announced on the free sample homepage.
3. If you do not win, your product status will be displayed as "review failed".
4. If you win, your product status will be displayed as "review passed" and the sample product will be sent to the address you provided.
5. Upon receiving the sample product, you have 10 days to submit the report.
6. Be sure to follow all the rules regarding creating and posting reviews.
7. We will review your report to ensure it meets our criteria.
8. If your report does not meet the criteria or cannot be uploaded, you can try uploading again.
Please note, once your review has been approved, your words, images, and videos will be used on our product review page. Your username and other personal information are hidden.
2.1 Application Process
According to our system, you still have trials remaining this week. Select item - click trial - fill in address and size - submit
2.2 Trial Report Submission Process
Submit trial order and receive item - try the product - take photos - click upload - write detailed description - submit - wait for the report to be reviewed - re-upload (if the first attempt fails)
3: Application Qualification
All accounts not on the blacklist
Trial opportunities per account: 3 times per week
4: Bonus Points Rules
If the report does not pass the audit, no points will be awarded
If the report passes the audit, you will receive 20 points
If the report passes and is rated as a "Quality Report", you will receive 100 points.
5: User Behavior Rules
5.1 After successfully applying for a trial post, the system will automatically generate a 0-yuan order and ship it quickly. Before applying for a trial, be sure to select the correct size, fill in the address and other information accurately, otherwise we will not resend the free trial product and the user will be responsible for lost items.
5.2 Please submit your review within 10 days of receiving the item. Failure to do so will directly affect new trial applications. We would like reviews to include one full-body image and two detailed images of the item. If the review does not meet our requirements, you may not be selected for further trial reports. In case you do not receive your product for more than 30 days. Please contact us at freetrial@shein.com
5.3 It is strictly forbidden to use fake accounts to apply for product trials to receive more trial products. Accounts caught doing this will have their trials automatically canceled, products will not be sent, and they will be removed from our trial report members. This will also result in a ban from further free trials.
5.4 Users caught using stolen photos, fake photos, or inappropriate photos will have them deleted and noted in their report. This is strictly prohibited and will result in being banned from our free trial program.
5.5 If the trial report is not approved after submission, the user will have another chance to submit another report. Be sure to resubmit the trial report according to the regulations.
6: How are Triallers Selected?
Triallers are automatically selected by the system. Our system will consider the user's level of activity with previous trials. The system considers whether the user is a buyer, how much they have purchased, and how they have written reviews with our trials in the past. This is a good process to use because it filters out banned accounts or short-term members who have not shopped with us for a long time.
7: Quality Report Requirements
7.1 Content
A review should contain the customer's opinions and describe the advantages and disadvantages of the product they received. It should not only contain negative comments about the product but also some positive points.
7.2 Photos
7.2.1 Please use your own photos when posting your trial review. Do not use website photos or other customer photos as it is prohibited as photo theft. Be sure to capture the details of the product when worn. We prefer photos that bring positive light to our products.
7.2.2 We recommend posting 4 photos, with clear focus and details of the product. We suggest the following photos:
1. A full-body view.
2. Photos with details of the product.
3. Take photos in the way you like best about the item.
7.2.3 Make sure the images are sized to fit our system.
7.2.4 Text: Be thorough but concise. Tell us the pros and cons of the item as well as any important information you would want if buying this item.
7.3 Recommendations or Suggestions
We want your opinion. The goal of these free trials is to let customers know the types of products they will receive when ordering with SHEIN. Your positive feedback helps other customers make purchases and your negative feedback helps improve the SHEIN company.

9: Listed Exceptions
9.1 Unfortunately, the trial product is out of stock. This is due to size and inventory issues with our suppliers. To confirm a replacement product for your trial, please contact freetrial@shein.com
9.2 If during your trial period there are quality issues, design defects, shipping problems, or other obstacles with the trial, you are obligated to let us know as soon as possible. Please share your feedback and any defects or issues with the product by sending an email to: freetrial@shein.com

10: About Customs Duties
When you have registered for free samples and these samples are seized by customs or taxed, the user is responsible for handling customs procedures and paying taxes themselves.

1. Q: Do I have to pay shipping fees?
A: Shipping fees are paid by us. The only thing we ask of you is to submit a report within 10 days of receiving the item.
2. Q: I applied for a trial of a sample with different IDs and two IDs were selected. Can I receive multiple samples?
A: No, members cannot receive multiple samples of a trial product. This violates our terms regarding creating multiple accounts for free trials. Anyone caught doing so will be banned from the free trial program.
3. Q: Can I keep this free trial product after submitting my review?
A: Yes, of course! If you have been successfully selected to receive our free product, it is yours to keep after you have successfully submitted the trial product review.
4. Q: Will the list of winners be announced?
A: Yes, we will announce the list of winners on our trial center page.
5. Q: What should I do if the size or address of the trial order is incorrect?
A: Once an order is created, we cannot change the size or address of the free trial product. These products are processed and shipped quickly. Please make sure the size and address information is correct before placing the order.
6. Q: I applied and was selected to receive a free trial product; however, I feel the item is not my style and does not suit me. Can I switch to another trial?
A: Unfortunately, once you have applied and been selected to receive a free trial product, it cannot be changed. Please ask a friend or family member to help you write your review if you feel the style would suit them better.
7. Q: What should I do if the trial report fails to upload?
If you cannot upload the trial report, please check whether the submitted link is correct. The link must be a link to the trial product page you received. The image size must be at least 500 * 680px. If you still cannot upload, please write the information you want and send a screenshot of the page that cannot be uploaded to our email address: freetrial@shein.com , and we will verify and assist you.
8. Q: After I register for a sample product, if I think I made the wrong choice or if I no longer want the product, can I cancel and register for another one?
A: No, once you have registered for a sample product, you will not be allowed to cancel and register for something else.
