1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("ours", "we", "loyalty program" or "Program")! SHEIN VIP is a rewards program for our fans to redeem rewards, access events & pop-ups, receive exclusive member promotions and the latest fashion news. Once you have joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICATION
The Program is available online at SHEIN.com for various country sites. Each Account is enrolled in the Program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. All purchases will count toward your membership (including cross-site purchases), but tier upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules of your registered site .
1.3 VALIDITY PERIOD
Purchases are required to become a member. Eligible purchases mean purchases of merchandise and gift cards through the SHEIN wallet or other available payment at SHEIN's website within the specified period, excluding the amount of refunds/rejections/cancellations on your orders and payment by SHEIN gift cards.
Due to exchange rate changes, the order amount may fluctuate slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
There is no fee for SHEIN VIP membership. SHEIN VIP membership is limited to individuals and limited to one account per individual.
It is your identification that represents that you are of legal age to participate in our program and is responsible for your membership to keep your email and contact information up to date in your Account.
SHEIN reserves the right to remove Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the removal of the Account from the Program without prior notice. When a Member is terminated, all outstanding coupons and rewards associated with the Membership will be canceled.
2. THIRD INTRODUCTION
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP consists of four statuses: Tier S1, Tier S2, Tier S3 (available to members who have made purchases), and Tier S0 status (available to registered members).
2.2 CHANGES
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP member becomes eligible (excluding Tier S1); afterwards, identity verification is required each month. Data refresh usually takes up to 24 hours. Please check your tier after 24 hours.
Once you reach Tier S1, you will obtain lifetime status. Please note that your membership tier is based on the number of eligible purchases or eligible spending amount within the past 12 months, i.e., 45 days before the refresh date each month.

3. ABOUT REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Membership in the Program may entitle you to receive various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. Details of these Offers are released from time to time on the Program's Website.

3.2 OTHER TERMS
The details and terms of any Offer stated on the Program's Website are valid for your effective membership period unless otherwise specified on the Program's Website.
Please note that rewards from SHEIN VIP cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied to previous purchases.
Coupons are only applicable to the sites you have registered on.
4. FURTHER DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
By joining our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the rules. At its sole discretion, SHEIN may change, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, SHEIN VIP membership, or any other features of SHEIN VIP and/or may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time at its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or via email. You may refer to the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use your SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules are changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended rules. If you do not accept the amended rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the website frequently for updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR DISCOVERY
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account on the website or please contact SHEIN Customer Service. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to be informed of any changes.
Please note that terminating your membership means that you will only be able to shop at shein.com as a guest checkout, and any remaining outstanding Points and Rewards in that account will be forfeited.
4.3 SCOPE OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the terms of the program including Rewards and Tiers, or suspend or terminate the program if this program cannot run as planned for any reason (including in the case of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of purchases and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any terms of the program, any misconduct, or any action that harms SHEIN's interests, or fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member being revoked of their membership and will affect the member's eligibility to participate in the program.
4.4 COMMUNICATION
In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify you via mail, email, and other marketing channels with your permission, as well as display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will cause you not to receive our messages in a timely manner, and you will not receive any compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that SHEIN may continue to send you emails such as changes or information about your account and SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the membership standards of SHEIN VIP at any time, which may involve changes in tier status and rewards. Ultimately, SHEIN has the power of final interpretation.
