Confirm Your Registration
You can verify your email on your profile page to receive 100 points.
Shop and Earn Points
You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent on your order.
Points will be added to your account once you confirm receipt of your order.
Log in to your SHEIN account.

Select the order you have received and click "Confirm Delivery"
Review Our Products
You can earn points by posting comments and reviews on the products you have purchased. After meeting the minimum content requirements for product reviews, you will receive 5 points.

About Using SHEIN Points
Points are calculated independently on each SHEIN website. The balance is displayed on the Points History page. It is the available balance for you on the current website.
Every 100 points = $1. You can use points to deduct up to 70% of the total product value when placing an order (only supports total product price, excluding shipping fees, insurance, and taxes). About Viewing SHEIN Points
Please log in to your SHEIN account and click "SHEIN Points/My Points" in your personal account to view your balance. You can only view the points balance of the current website on the current website.
About the Validity Period of SHEIN Points
Based on categories, SHEIN POINTS have different expiration dates. Expiration dates range from 7 days to 3 months, and some may even have longer expiration periods. If your points expire before being used, they will be removed from your account.
About the Daily Limit of SHEIN Points
Each user has a maximum number of points they can earn per day. When users reach the maximum number of points they can earn per day, they can still participate in events and games, but cannot earn more points. Click here to understand the limit configuration.

2. Each user can earn up to 2000 SHEIN Points per day from reviews;
3. Each user can earn up to 100 SHEIN Points per day from check-ins;

5. Each user can earn up to 200 SHEIN Points per day from surveys;
About Refunding SHEIN Points
1. If an unpaid order is canceled, the points applied to the original order will be immediately refunded to your points account.
2. If you request a return, the points for the returned product will be refunded to your account along with the refund. If it is a partial return, points will be refunded based on the percentage of the product price.
3. If order cancellation/refund occurs outside the validity period of the points, expired points will not be refunded, and users can view the records in the points details.
4. If a return occurs after you have confirmed receipt of the goods, the points from the original order will be refunded to your points account. Points earned from placing the order will be deducted, starting from those about to expire. If your points account does not have a sufficient balance, points will be deducted until it reaches zero.
Eligibility Restrictions
The accumulation of SHEIN Points is subject to SHEIN's terms and conditions. Users restricted due to violations of SHEIN's policies or whose accounts show abnormal activity will not be eligible to accumulate SHEIN Points. Additionally, SHEIN reserves the right to withhold points from users who, in SHEIN's reasonable judgment, have engaged in inappropriate or illegal activities to accumulate points. This includes but is not limited to using emulators, plugins, or other unauthorized tools, creating multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating points, altering device codes, or any actions that violate SHEIN's terms of use. SHEIN's decision regarding such activities shall be final and binding.

Why can't some users earn points when reviewing products?
- Users restricted due to non-compliance with SHEIN's terms and conditions whose restrictions have not been lifted, as well as users with abnormal account activity, cannot earn points.
- If SHEIN has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has engaged in inappropriate or unauthorized activities (such as using emulators, plugins, or other illegal tools; creating multiple accounts; altering device codes; or similar actions), points may not be awarded.
