A promo code is a code that customers can enter into the promo box at checkout to receive a discount on their purchase.
How to redeem a promo code
Step 1
At checkout, fill in your shipping address, choose your payment method and shipping option. If you have a valid Promo Code, simply enter the Promo Code into the Promo Code box.
If you have reward points or your Wallet Balance is not empty, you can also apply the points to the order or check the Wallet Balance box.
Step 2
Continue by clicking PLACE ORDER to pay for your now discounted order.

What are the conditions?

* Some Promo Codes may have requirements, such as a minimum purchase.
* Promo Codes cannot be used for shipping fees and COD service fees.
* Customers can only redeem one Promo Code per order.
Coupon refund adjustment rules
SHEIN coupons with thresholds will be used based on the Actual Order Value. The Actual Order Value is the amount of your original order minus any Refund Value (i.e., the original amount of the refunded item(s)). The refund amount you receive will be subject to the following policy:
1. There are two possible scenarios if you request a refund after using a coupon:
1) If the Actual Order Value still meets the original discount threshold for the coupon you used, there will be no Refund Adjustment. You will reimburse us for the applied coupon on a pro-rata basis.
2) If the Actual Order Value does not meet the original discount threshold for the coupon you used, a Refund Adjustment will occur. The refund adjustment may result in a reduction of the amount we refund to you or an inability to refund you.
2. In the case of a Refund Adjustment:
a) For coupon(s) with more than one threshold, if the Actual Order Value meets another threshold of lower value, you will only need to refund us the difference between the value of the originally used coupon and the value of the coupon used based on the new Actual Order Value.
b) If the Actual Order Value no longer meets any discount threshold after the refund, you will no longer be eligible for the discount, and you will need to refund us the value of the coupon originally used. The coupon you used will be returned to your Wallet according to the terms of the relevant coupon.
Examples:
Suppose a coupon has two thresholds: For Actual Order Value between ₫69,000 and ₫99,000, the applied discount is ₫6,000. For Actual Order Value above ₫99,000, the applied discount is ₫15,000.
Scenario 1 (No Refund Adjustment):
Original order purchase value: ₫120,000
Refund value: ₫20,000
Actual Order Value: ₫100,000 (i.e., ₫120,000 (original purchase value) minus ₫20,000 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value still meets the original coupon threshold of ₫99,000, therefore, there will be no Coupon Refund and No Refund Adjustment. You will receive a full refund of ₫16,700 (₫20,000 (Refund Value) minus ₫3,300 (the corresponding pro-rata portion of the applied coupon)).
Scenario 2 (Refund Adjustment I):
Original order purchase value: ₫120,000
Refund value: ₫30,000
Actual Order Value: ₫90,000 (i.e., ₫120,000 (original purchase value) minus ₫30,000 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value does not meet the original coupon threshold of ₫99,000, therefore, you are no longer entitled to the ₫15,000 coupon. However, the Actual Order Value still meets the ₫69,000 threshold, and you are entitled to the ₫6,000 coupon. The difference between the issued coupon and the eligible coupon after the refund will be ₫9,000. Therefore, we will deduct ₫9,000 from your refund amount. As a result, you will receive a refund of ₫21,000 (i.e., ₫30,000 (refund value) minus ₫9,000 (coupon difference)).
Scenario 3 (Refund Adjustment II):
Original order purchase value: ₫120,000
Refund value: ₫70,000
Actual Order Value: ₫50,000 (i.e., ₫120,000 (original purchase value) minus ₫70,000 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value does not meet the original coupon threshold of ₫99,000, therefore you are no longer entitled to the ₫15,000 coupon. The Actual Order Value also does not meet the ₫69,000 threshold, so you are not entitled to any coupon. Therefore, the entire value of the coupon (₫15,000) must be refunded. Accordingly, we will deduct ₫15,000 from your refund amount. As a result, you will receive a refund of ₫55,000 (i.e., ₫70,000 (refund value) minus ₫15,000 (coupon difference)).
These restrictions do not affect your right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. You can exercise this right by filling out the withdrawal form or contacting our customer service. The above restrictions apply to an additional voluntary return period of up to 45 days after purchase.
