After review, if SHEIN determines that you have submitted fake reviews, reviews violating this Review Policy, and/or fraudulent reviews generated using plug-in devices, SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, not award you any SHEIN points (including canceling and revoking any previously awarded points) for such reviews.

In addition to the above and at its sole discretion and judgment, SHEIN may also disable, suspend, freeze, and/or terminate your account on the Platform immediately without notice for your failure to comply with any of the terms set forth in this Review Policy or if SHEIN has reason to determine that you have engaged in fraudulent activities when submitting reviews on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you understand and agree that SHEIN will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses you incur due to any restrictions on your account for submitting reviews on the Platform.
