1. By submitting your information and clicking "APPLY NOW", you represent and warrant that (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) the information you provide to us is true and accurate; (c) any designs or images you upload are created solely by you and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. The information you submit will be used by us to determine, at our sole discretion, whether to consider exploring a potential licensing agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot in the SHEIN X Program. It is merely the first step in the process. If we do not contact you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept each season, that you would not be a good fit for the Program this season.
3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X Program, the designs or images you submit will be deleted from our files.
