Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return package. For COD orders, the amount will be refunded to your SHEIN wallet and you can use it with coupon codes and reward points on your next purchase. Refunding the amount to the SHEIN wallet takes about 24 hours. Once the funds from your COD order have been refunded to your SHEIN wallet, the balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account or bank card.
