Dear user, we offer you three refund/cash-out options, i.e. you can choose to refund/withdraw to Yesbank (Only supports users in India) / Paytm (Only supports Indian users) / PayPal account.

2. (Introduction to the Refund Process)

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Yesbank account, you will need to submit the IFSC Code / Bank Account / Name / City information on the website and reconfirm the submitted account information;

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Paytm account, you will need to submit the Account Number information on the website and reconfirm the submitted account information.

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your PayPal account, you will need to submit an email on the website.

To further ensure the safety of your funds, if the account you register is suspected of being misappropriated during the refund/withdrawal process, we will suspend the refund/cash-out or inquire about your relevant information.

3. (Estimated Refund/Withdrawal Time for Notification)

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Yesbank account, the refund/withdrawal is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days;

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your Paytm account, the refund/withdrawal is expected to arrive within 3-7 business days;

If you choose to refund/withdraw to your PayPal account, the refund/withdrawal is expected to arrive within 2-7 business days.
