1-CLICK TO BUY terms
The following terms and conditions ("1-Click to Buy Terms"), last updated on April 20, 2023, apply to SHEIN's 1-Click to Buy feature ("1-Click to Buy"). By using the 1-Click to Buy feature on the Site or App, you agree to be bound by these 1-Click to Buy Terms. If you do not agree to these 1-Click to Buy Terms, do not use the 1-Click to Buy feature on the Site or App. Your use of the 1-Click to Buy feature is also subject to our Terms of Use, which include the applicable legal terms and definitions for certain words used in these 1-Click to Buy Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these 1-Click to Buy Terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION TERMS: Your use of the 1-Click to Buy feature is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes that may arise, as set forth in the Terms of Use, which also means you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
1. The 1-Click to Buy feature is only available for certain items ("Items") with specific stock keeping units ("SKUs") sold by SHEIN on the Site or App and is not available for any items sold by Third-Party Sellers.
2. When 1-Click to Buy is available for a given Item on the Site or App, it allows you to seamlessly add that Item to your Original Order (as defined below) and purchase it using the same payment method used when purchasing the Original Order.
3. The Original Order ("Original Order") is the most recent order you placed with us and for which you have completed payment, but which has not yet been processed and shipped.
4. By clicking "1-Click to Buy", you authorize us to automatically add the Item to the Original Order and charge the price of the Item plus applicable taxes to the same payment method you used to pay for the Original Order.
5. The only payment methods supported in the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature are credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
6. You may use the 1-Click to Buy feature to add Item(s) to the Original Order and pay for such Item(s), for only one SKU at a time, and each SKU may be purchased in multiple units at a time. If you need to purchase Item(s) with different SKUs, you will need to complete a separate "1-Click to Buy" purchase process for each Item with a different SKU. There is a limit of five (5) different SKUs per Original Order that can be purchased using the 1-Click to Buy feature.
7. Any Item(s) added to the Original Order using the 1-Click to Buy feature can only be shipped to the same shipping address specified in the Original Order. If the shipping address needs to be modified, it must be modified on the Original Order.
8. If you cancel the Original Order, any Item(s) that have been added to the Original Order using the 1-Click to Buy feature will also be cancelled.
9. If the Original Order does not meet the amount threshold to qualify for free shipping and you are charged a shipping fee for the Original Order, you will not be refunded the shipping fee, even if the total of the Item(s) you added to the Original Order using the 1-Click to Buy feature would cause the Original Order to reach the free shipping threshold.
10. You may not use any coupons to apply payment to any Item(s) you add to the Original Order using the 1-Click to Buy feature.
