The following terms and conditions ("One-Click Checkout Terms"), last updated on April 20, 2023, apply to SHEIN's One-Click Checkout feature ("One-Click Checkout"). By using the One-Click Checkout feature on the Website or App, you agree to be bound by these One-Click Checkout Terms. If you do not agree with these One-Click Checkout Terms, do not use the One-Click Checkout feature on the Website or App. Your use of the One-Click Checkout feature is also subject to our Terms of Use, which include applicable legal terms and definitions for certain words used in these One-Click Checkout Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these One-Click Checkout Terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
NOTICE ON ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your use of the One-Click Checkout feature is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes that may arise, as set forth in the Terms of Use, which also means you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits.
1. The One-Click Checkout feature is available only for certain items ("Items") with specific stock keeping units ("SKUs") sold by SHEIN on the Website or App and is not available for any items sold by Third-Party Sellers.
2. When One-Click Checkout is available for a given Item on the Website or App, it allows you to seamlessly add that Item to your Original Order (as defined below) and purchase it using the same payment method used to purchase the Original Order.
3. The Original Order ("Original Order") is the most recent order you placed with us for which you have completed payment, but which has not yet been processed and shipped.
4. By clicking "One-Click Checkout," you authorize us to automatically add the Item to your Original Order and charge the price of the Item plus applicable taxes to the same payment method you used to pay for the Original Order.
5. The only payment methods supported in the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature are credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
6. You can use the One-Click Checkout feature to add Item(s) to the Original Order and pay for such Item(s), for only one SKU at a time, and each SKU can be purchased in multiple units at a time. If you need to purchase Item(s) with a different SKU, you will need to complete the "One-Click Checkout" purchase process separately for each Item with a different SKU. There is a limit of five (5) different SKUs per Original Order that can be purchased using the One-Click Checkout feature.
7. Any Item(s) added to the Original Order using the One-Click Checkout feature can only be shipped to the same delivery address specified in the Original Order. If the delivery address needs to be modified, it must be modified on the Original Order.
8. If you cancel the Original Order, any Item(s) that were added to the Original Order using the One-Click Checkout feature will also be canceled.
9. If the Original Order does not meet the amount threshold to qualify for free shipping, and you are charged shipping fees for the Original Order, you will not be refunded the shipping fees, even if the total of the Item(s) you added to the Original Order using the One-Click Checkout feature would bring the Original Order to the free shipping threshold.
10. You may not use any coupons to apply payment to any Item(s) you add to the Original Order using the One-Click Checkout feature.
