5. Promotion of illegal behavior - Reviews cannot encourage or support illegal behavior, including violence, illegal drug use, underage drinking, and child or animal abuse.

After review, if SHEIN determines that you have submitted fake reviews, reviews that violate this Review Policy, and/or fraudulent reviews generated using plug-in devices, SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, not award you any SHEIN points (including canceling and revoking any previously awarded points) for such reviews.

In addition to the above and at its sole discretion and decision, SHEIN may also disable, suspend, freeze, and/or terminate your account on the Platform immediately without notice for your failure to comply with any of the terms set forth in this Review Policy or if SHEIN has reason to determine that you have engaged in fraudulent activities when submitting reviews on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you understand and agree that SHEIN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses you incur as a result of any restrictions on your account to submit reviews on the Platform.
